The first time I met Penny, we went up on the roof together and she showed me the existing condition. We had severe chronic leaks at our facility for over 10 years. Together, we created a plan of action and within a year those leaks have stopped. We are now on the next phase of a maintenance plan to prevent future problems. The facilities, engineering department, and hospital staff can now breathe a sigh in relief all thanks to McFar.1 My first walk-thru inspection of the roof conditions with Penny of our chronic and severe roof leaks.
